Don’ts

• Do not cut down any trees, plants, or brush even if it is dead wood.

• Do not harm any animals – this is their home.

• Do not feed any domestic or wild animals – They will lie and tell you they are starving. They are not. Feeding them may cause harm.

• Do not leave food or garbage outside. Bears live here, along with other wild animals, and they will search for food. Be sure to secure your food, dispose of garbage properly and thoroughly clean cooking areas after use. 

• Do not leave campfires unattended.

• NO smoking: the Campground and Farm is a non-smoking property due to our high fire risk. Guests who smoke in campers or glamps will be automatically charged a minimum $300 cleaning fee to properly remove, clean, and properly deodorize furnishings and replace all linens. Smoking includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and e-cigarettes. 

 

Musts and Reminders

• Check in is 2 p.m. Check out is 11 a.m. 

• Minimum stay requirements or surcharges may apply at times including holidays, peak season, special events and/or FloydFest Overflow camping.

• Muddy Creek Campground and Farm, nor the owners, are not responsible for damage or loss of personal property.

• Muddy Creek Campground and Farm, nor the owners, are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. That includes any injury that may occur from livestock – they might bite or accidentally step on you –they are very friendly, but easily excited.

• Muddy Creek Campground and Farm, nor the owners, are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. We only allow registered guests on the premises.

• Recycling and trash are to be disposed of in their respective bins and lids secured. 

• All trash must be disposed of in designated bins. Do not leave trash in the campers, glamp tents, common areas or outside.

• Please keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb neighboring properties during quiet time (10 pm - 10 am).

• All bed linens and towels are cleaned prior to your stay. Cleaning services not provided during your stay. Cleaning supplies are provided in each camper.

• Guests may take personal photos during their stay. Professional or staged photos must be scheduled and approved.

• Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the camper(s) and glamp{s} during their stay. 

• Know your vehicle. Muddy Creek Campground and Farm, nor the owners will not pay any towing expenses if your vehicle gets stuck under any circumstances.
